Jeannette Ellen Barker, 45, of Hickory Township, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 at her home. Born October 23, 1971, she was the daughter of Ed Grieninger and wife Terri, and Nancy Lane and husband Tom. "Jnet" married her high school sweetheart, Everett Barker, Jr. on February 14th, 1992. He survives. She was a Customer Service Representative at Liberty Mutual for over 15 years. Prior to that, she was a legal secretary for Dallas Hartman and Cusick and Leymarie. She enjoyed helping others regardless of her own medical issues. Jeannette also loved to bake and play games and spend time with her family. In addition to her parents and her husband, she is survived by her "princess", Kayla Bilodeau and son-in-law David of New Hampshire; brother Ed Grieninger and wife Mandy of Maryland; brother-in-law, Jon Barker and wife Mary Kay of New Castle; father-in-law, Everett E. Barker Sr.; mother-in-law, Barbara Kelley and her husband Ed; four nephews, Jeremy, Tyler, Colton and James; two nieces, Ava and Jadyn; 68 cousins; and 18 aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Beverly Speicher , George and Rose Marie Grieninger, Henry and Eleanor Spayde, and Everett and June Barker. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will take place on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with the Pastor Richard Shira officiating. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
