Jeffrey 'Jeff' Lee Marshall, age 47, of New Castle, passed away the morning of April 24, 2023.

Born June 5, 1975, in New Castle, he was the son of Richard 'Dick' L. and Carol Sue (Kemmerly) Marshall. They survive at home.

Jeff was a 1993 graduate of New Castle High School. He worked as an LPN, at various nursing homes in New Castle, but most recently he was employed at The Haven Convalescent Home. Jeff was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and loved spending time with his family and his cat "Ginger". Jeff attended Christ United Church, formerly known as Neshannock Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by one son, Josh Marshall of New Wilmington, PA; one brother, Steve (Marlea) Marshall of Medina, OH; and two nieces, Macy, and Haley Marshall.

Jeff was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27th from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation, at the funeral home at 5:00 PM, with Pastor Jason Schepp, officiating.
