John C. Grieve, 66, of New Castle passed away the night of September 25, 2016 at his residence. Born on March 9, 1950, he was a son of John L. and Shirley Owens Grieve. Mr. Grieve was employed by SUMA Medical in Akron, Ohio with the maintenance department. He attended Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church. John was a man of great Christian faith and found the Lord in all that surrounded him. His kindness resonated with all that he knew. Besides his father, he is survived by one son, Ian Thomas Grieve of Richardson, TX; one brother, Timothy P. (Susan) Grieve of Dallas, Texas; and one sister, Susan L. (Robert) Churchill of New Castle. His mother preceded him in death in May 2015. A private graveside service was held at Castle View Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Weichman officiating.
