Judith J. Davis, age 80, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2024, in New Castle, PA.

Born June 11, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Anne (Goydich) Bookser.

On April 20, 1979, she married her beloved husband of 44 years, William J. Davis. He survives at home.

Judith was a graduate of North Hills High School and went on to attend Beauty School. She was a homemaker who loved gardening, crafting, yard work and shopping. What Judith cherished the most in life, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Judith is survived by two daughters, Danae (Gary) Newsom of Greenville, PA and Dawn (Mark) Cupps of New Castle, PA; two sons, Lee Dickson of Emsworth, PA, and Joe (Shelia) Davis of Harrisburg, PA; one brother, Harry Bookser of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Darlene (Jim) Geddes of Greenville, PA; seven grandchildren, Brett (Elise) Cupps, Haley (Andrew) Cupps, Nicholas Mangel, Tyler (Melissa) Mangel, Shelby Mihalke, Whitney Davis, and Aiden Davis; four great-grandchildren, Raven Ernst, Lilie Cupps, Rory Mangel and Judge; and several nieces, nephews, adopted children and adopted grandchildren – you all know who you are!

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Nicholas Mangel.

A memorial service will be held on Sat. April 20th 2024, at Plains Presbyterian Church, 326 Plains Church Road, Cranberry Twp., PA, 16066. The time will be announced closer to the service date.
