Katherine H. "Jean" Donnelly, 89, of Neshannock Township passed away on June 24, 2021, at UPMC Horizon in Farrell. She was born on March 15, 1932, in Washington, DC. She married James R. Donnelly on July 7, 1950, whom preceded her in death on October 16, 1992. Jean was employed as an administrative assistant at The Human Services Center until her retirement in 2007. She later worked as an administrative assistant at Cray Youth and Family Services. She is survived by one son, James R. Donnelly, II of Neshannock Township. Along with her husband she was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Karen L. Donnelly. A private service will be held. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
