Kenneth Eugene Allen transitioned from this life on Thursday March 23, 2023 at the age of 67.

Kenny was the fourth of eight children born to the late Dorothy and Theodore Allen Jr on August 26, 1955.

Kenny was educated in the Philadelphia public school system. He received his GED and eventually went to Penn State to further his education.

Kenny re-located to New Castle, Pa where he met, fell in love, and married Yvonne on February 14, 2010.

From this union his pride and joy " Isabella Dorothy Lee Allen was born.

Kenny worked as a Peer Counselor for Human Services for troubled adults as he knew how to relate because of his own troubled life.

He leaves a Legacy of Love to cherish his memory, his Heart Isabella his Ex wife Yvonne, whom he lived with, stepchildren Latasha and Jarod, 5 grandchildren, Sisters Belinda, Darlene, Brenda, Cynthia, Charlotte, Brother Kevin, Nephews Jerel, Danny, Rahsaan, Yahya, Basil, and Najr.

Nieces, Netese, Anavi, Azari, and a Host of Family and Friends.

He was preceded in Death by his Brother David, nephew Damar and Niece Shanique.
