Kenneth C. "Boss" Lehmier, age 62, of New Castle, passed away the morning of Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Quality Life Services – Grove City.

Born January 2, 1960, in Bellevue, PA., he was the son of Lawrence J. and Mollie Jean (Smith) Lehmier.

Ken is survived by his wife of 36 years, Denise (Pniewski) Lehmier, whom he married September 13, 1986.

A 1978 graduate of New Castle High School, he was employed with RW Cox Garage Doors for 41 years where he was an installer and repairman.

Ken was a former member of the Eintracht Singing Society and the Cultural German Society. In addition to being an avid Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers fan, Ken enjoyed fishing and camping, and playing horseshoes, cornhole and poker with his friends.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jesse (Shelby) Lehmier of Cranberry Township and Jack Lehmier of New Castle; two brothers, Lawrence (Rhonda) Lehmier of Coventry, RI and Robert (Debi) Lehmier of New Castle; two sisters, Karen (Donald) Peterson of Fredericksburg, VA, Joni (Lee) Pugh of New Castle; and six nieces and four nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be in St. Philip and James Cemetery.
