Kenneth Walter White, Jr., 65, of New Castle, passed into eternal peace surrounded by his family on the morning of June 17, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Kenneth was born April 14, 1960, in New Castle. He was the son of the late Kenneth White Sr. and Karen and Boyd Cook. Ken was married to Marjorie Winterbottom White for 38 years.

Ken graduated Laurel High School in 1978. He worked hard to support his family and was a devoted employee of Forbes Excavating and Foley Excavating.

Ken had a servant's heart and was a faithful helper at the Living Word Church and the New Castle Church of God for many years. He enjoyed spending time at the Shenango China Hunting and Fishing Club and gardening at his home.

He believed life was about working hard and loving God and family. He was known for being a great cook, humble servant to all, and a sweet dad & husband. He will be missed by many whose lives were touched by his kindness.

Ken was the proud father of three daughters, Kendra White Slater (Andrew), Kathleen White Young (Russell), and Kimberlee White, all of the New Castle area. He is also survived by his mother, Karen Bessell Cook and two sisters, Terri Cook Lewis and Nicole White Ripley.

He was preceded in death by his fathers, Kenneth White, Sr. and Boyd Cook, and a brother, Matthew White.

The family will celebrate Ken's life on Sat. June 21st from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A service will take place immediately following visitation, at noon, with Pastor Ron Mounts officiating.

Burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
