Kylee E. Houk, 32, of New Castle, passed away March 22, 2026 at her residence.

Born July 3, 1993, she was the daughter of Thomas S. and Darlene (Bross) Houk.

A 2011 graduate of New Wilmington High School, she was employed as a certified phlebotomist.

Kylee was a devoted and loving mother to her son, Kyson Norris, whom she loved spending time with, in addition to her friends and family. She enjoyed camping, swimming, cooking and watching Uncle Chief Ramsey. Kylee had a passion for drawing and used various shading techniques in addition to coloring her works of art.

In addition to her son Kyson of New Castle, she is survived by her mother, also of New Castle; one brother, Jeffery Thomas of New Castle; and one nephew, Jackson Houk of New Castle.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Thomas Blaine Houk.

There will be no calling hours or service at this time.
