Linda J. Andrushchenko, age 62, of Shenango Township, passed away on Dec. 15, 2020 at her residence. Born Dec. 19, 1957, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Petro "Pete" and Hazel (Monk) Andrushchenko. Linda worked at Last Minit Mart, a Reed Oil Company, as a store manager. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She treasured the summers that she was able to spend with her family, at the beach. Linda was of the Ukrainian Orthodox faith. Linda is survived by her mother, Hazel; two daughters, Sasha (Alex) Slaughter of Jacksonville NC, Lissi Gleghorn of Jacksonville, NC; her companion, Alan Barker of Shenango Twp., and his son, Alan Barker, Jr. of Summerville, SC; sister Mary Lou Andrushchenko of Bessemer PA; niece Emma Andrushchenko of Wexford, PA; and two grandchildren, Sloane Young and Leland Slaughter. Preceding her in death are her father and one sister Kathy Palmer. In keeping with her wishes, at this time, there will be no visitation and services. Arrangements have been handled by the R.
