Linda S. Meme Arrow, 66, of New Castle passed away the night of October 17, 2017 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born July 17, 1951 in New Castle, she was the daughter of William D. White and Maude O. Knight White Daugherty. She was employed with Wal-Mart as a cashier. She was a member of the Moose Lodge #51 in New Castle. Linda is survived by one daughter, Misty (Michael) James of New Castle; one sister, Carolyn (Howard) Trover of New Castle; and four grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah, Vaughn, and Dylan. She was preceded by her parents; one son, Earl Davis III; and former spouse, Robert Arrow. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00-6:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Rd. A funeral service will immediately follow visitation at the funeral home on Monday at 6:00 PM with Rev. Richard Nero officiating.
