Lois Adele Mann, 84, of New Castle, passed away the morning of March 28, 2021 at Avalon Nursing Center. Born June 30, 1936 in New Castle, she was the daughter of John A. and Gertrude E. (Hill) Mann. Lois enjoyed going shopping and her weekly trips to the beauty shop followed by breakfast at her favorite local restaurants. She was a member of Maitland Lane Free Methodist Church. Lois is survived by two nephews, 3 great nieces, 1 great nephew and 2 great-great nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and two nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Castle View Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
