Louise B. Seth, 80, of New Castle passed away at her residence on July 22, 2016. Born December 13, 1935 in New Castle, she was the daughter of Clair Seth and Zenova Stevenson Seth. She graduated from New Castle High School in 1955. She was a Homemaker. Louise loved sharing her life and home with her best friend Mike Helon, Sr. and his family who took care of her. She enjoyed going on picnics at Cook Forest State Park and eating out at different restaurants. She will be missed very much by Mike and his family, as well as her six cats. Louise was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, George Seth. In keeping with Louise's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
