Louise I. Morris Smith, Age 89, of Neshannock Township, passed away on Saturday, March 18th, 2017 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born May 12th, 1927 in Jackson Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late John and Alice Clark Morris. She married Harry H. Smith on June 20th, 1947 and he preceded her in death on Aug. 21st, 2010. Louise was a graduate of New Castle High School in 1945 and New Castle Business College. She worked at Shenango China as a Decorator and enjoyed gardening, flowers and reading. Survivors include a daughter Laurell (Vince ) Rosati of New Castle , two sons Dane (Beverly) Smith of Berlin Heights Oh. and Murray (Marsha) Smith of Crete Il., one brother Edward (Claudette) Morris of Bessemer Pa., one sister Virginia (Russell) Shelok, of West Hurley NY., 6 grandchildren Shannyn (John) Smith, Ryan (Shannon) Smith, Courtney (Terry) Traut , Lauren (Adam) Quester, Jared (Suzi) Rosati and Kayla (Justin) Gregorich and 6 great-grandchildren Lucas Smith, Allison Traut, Colleen Traut, Colten Quester, Branson Quester and Ava Gregorich. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 -2 pm at the R. Cunningham F.H. and Crematory Inc. 2429 Wilmington rd. New Castle, with a service to follow at 2pm with the Rev. William Hunley officiating.
