Lynda L. Durbin, age 76, of Union Twp., passed away the morning of March 23, 2022, at her residence. Born Aug. 12, 1945, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Maxine (Criswell) Engle. Lynda was a licensed hairdresser for several years. She also worked as a pharmacy technician, at Giant Eagle, located in Ellwood City. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and home decorating. What gave Lynda the most joy in life, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include three sons, Bruce (Sandra) Durbin of Ellwood City, PA, Scott (Lisa) Durbin, and Jeff (Jeanette) Durbin, both of New Castle, PA; one brother, William Engle of Georgia; five grandchildren, Brittany, Alissa, Jessica, Lauren, and Josh; and four great-grandchildren, Stella, Mariana, Ewin, and Zoe. In addition to her parents, Lynda was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Engle. In keeping with her wishes, services are private.
