Mansford Milo Mills, age 72 of Edinburg, passed away the morning of May 2, 2019, at his residence. Born August 10, 1946, in New Castle , he was the son to the late Milo Peter and Jean Aletha (Burton) Mills. On August 4, 1967 he married Patricia Gail (Houston) Mills. She preceded him in death. Mr. Mills worked at Al Sweets Auto as a mechanic supervisor. He loved hunting, fishing and working on cars. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan. What gave Mansford the most joy in life, was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of Mahoning Presbyterian Church. Mr. Mills is survived by two daughters, Brandi (John) Pohlod of Edinburg, Pa., Shannon (Dave) Johnson of New Bedford, Pa.; one son, Scott Mills of Edinburg Pa.; four brothers, Charles Mills of Gold, Pa., Jim Mills of Kissimmee FL, Peter Mills of Edinburg, Pa., Mark Mills of New Castle, Pa.; one sister, Loretta Rodgers of New Castle, Pa.; eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Patricia, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Patti-Lynn Mills and one grandson, Corey Mills. Visitation will be held on Sunday May 5th from 2:00PM - 4:00PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A service will take place on Monday May 6th at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home with the Rev. John Lersch, officiating. Burial will be at Mahoning Presbyterian Cemetery.
