Margaret S. Mostrando, 84, of Westchester Health and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of New Castle, passed away August 5, 2011 in Westchester, ILL.Born November 24, 1926 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Oscar and Florence McCoy Swanson.She was married to John Mostrando who preceded her in death.Margaret was a member of Castlewood CMA Church.She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Jorlyn and Kurt Raichart of Berwyn, IL; two sons, John Mostrando and his life partner Janie Patch of Downers Grove, IL, and Jeffrey Mostrando of Bonney Lake, WA; two sisers, Ruth Robb of Salem, OH and Dorothy Giotis of Wayne, NJ; in addition to several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beatrice Seaton.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A procession will leave the funeral home Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, at 1:30 for Castlewood Christian and Missionary Alliance Church for a 2:00 funeral service. The Rev. James O'Hara will officiate.
