Margaret A. O'Rourke, age 78, of New Castle, PA, passed away the evening of Oct. 26, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born June 1, 1947, in New Castle, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bud and Helen (Pitzer) Wagner.

On Feb. 7, 1970, she married her beloved husband of fifty-five years, John O'Rourke. Mr. O'Rourke survives at home.

Mrs. O'Rourke was a supervisor, employed by Sky Bank, until her retirement. She was a member of the Rapid Tappets and Bell Telephone Operators – Alumni. Margaret was a faithful member of Holy Spirt Parish.

In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Kristen Kralevich of Michigan, Karie O'Rourke of Hermitage, PA; one son, John O'Rourke of Lititz, PA; one brother, David (Barb) Wagner of New Castle, PA; one sister, Nancy (Bob) Hilke of New Castle, PA; and two grandchildren, Ben and Katie Kralevich.

Along with her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by infant daughter, Kelly O'Rourke.

Visitation will be held on Thurs. Oct. 30th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 3:00 PM, at the funeral home, with Deacon John Corran officiating.
