Marilyn E. Heath, 83 of New Castle, passed away the morning of June 24, 2020 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital, in Pittsburgh. Born Feb. 28, 1937, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Geneva (Gerlach) Baxter. Marilyn worked at Shenango Presbyterian Seniorcare, in dietary, for many years. She enjoyed reading, sewing, traveling, and baking. Marilyn loved to play on her tablet, but what gave her the most joy in life, was spending time with her family. She attended Victory Christian Center - New Castle campus. Marilyn is survived by two daughters, Judy Bees of New Castle, PA, Darlene and her husband James Andrus, who was like a son Marilyn never had, of New Castle, PA; one brother, Raymond Baxter of Nampa, ID; two sisters, Virginia (John) Murphy of Colorado Springs, CO, Noreen (Mahfouz) Abraham of Edinburg, PA; one brother-in-law, Chester Bees; many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews whom she considered her grandchildren, Imanii Abraham, Ameria Abraham, Raiyen Abraham, Zaira Covert, all children of Jenna Abraham, and her puppy "Shiloh". Along with her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by two sisters, Darlene Kent and Carol Sanchez and her Ex-husband, Russell Bees. A Celebration of Life Service, conducted by Pastor Jeff Hurst, will be held Tuesday, June 30th, at 11:00 AM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
