Marjorie L. Henderson, 86, formerly of Fairmont Ave. and Munster, IN, passed away the afternoon of Oct. 25, 2012 at Golden Hill Nursing Home.Born Dec. 7, 1925 in New Castle, she was the daughter of Gurth W. and Alice Mae Curry Rapson.She married James Henderson. He preceded her in death on Jan 16, 1986Marjorie was a graduate of New Castle High School and a member of Third Presbyterian Church.She is survived by two brothers, Donald G. Rapson of Hermitage and Richard B. Rapson of Glendale, AZ; four sisters, Jeanne Weisbaker of San Antonio, TX, Joanne Donley of New Castle, Judy Perry of Hubbard, OH and Karen DeLost of Poland, OH; two sisters-in-law, Joanne Murphy of New Castle and Naomi Henderson of CA; a brother-in-law, Archie Henderson of FL; and several nieces and nephews.Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and husband.Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2012, at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at noon at the funeral home.
