Marjorie L. Hutsler, 85, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of January 2, 2014 at Edison Manor. Born June 7, 1928 in New Castle, she was a daughter of George Milton Stewart and Jennie Alice White Stewart. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert E. Hutsler, whom she married November 9, 1946. Marjorie enjoyed being a homemaker, being a loving and devoted wife and mother. She loved bowling and frequenting yard sales. She was a member of First Christian Church of New Castle. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Linda Mae Authier of Clarks Mills, PA; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. Jr. and Clare Hutsler of New Castle; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Mary Junk, Belle Teets, Adelma McNair and Jane Barkley; and four brothers, Richard, John, William and James Stewart. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2014, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will take place on Monday, January 6, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be officiated by Rev. John Yergan.
