Mary Kysor, 96, of Union City, Pa, passed away November 28, 2013 at her residence.Born November 17, 1917 in Volant, PA, she was a daughter of Paul and Anna Semon Koprivnak.Surviving at home is her husband of 41 years, Thomas H. Kysor. For several years, Mary and her husband enjoyed volunteering at the Butler County Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. Mary enjoyed traveling, and had traveled to every state in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii with her husband or her children. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Olen Seidler, with whom she made her home; 2 sisters, Julia Fugas and Margaret Stalma, both of New Castle, one grandson, Scott Seidler of Emlenton; and two great-grandchildren, Stacie Seidler of Pittsburgh, and Derrick Seidler of Aliquippa. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers and three sisters. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, from 10:00-12:00 at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A service will take place immediately following visitation Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 12:00 at the funeral home and will be officiated by The Rev. Frederick H. Gilbert. Burial will be in Rootville Cemetery.
