Mary Louise (Louer) Mallinak, 91, of Golden Hill/Quality Life Services of New Castle, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 4, 2019. She was a member of New Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church. A 1945 graduate of New Castle High School, she married the late John C. "Chuck" Mallinak in May, 1948. She is survived by her daughter, Lauri L. Stone (Terry) of Loveland, CO, and a son, John D. Mallinak (Cindy) of Joplin, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother and a sister. The family is thankful for her many visitors; a special thanks to Gerri Marti for her weekly visits. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at R. Cunningham Funeral Home. Funeral Services will also be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 11 at Cunningham Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Chris Curtis, pastor of New Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to New Covenant Presbyterian Church.
