Mary E. Strough, age 98 of Twinsburg, OH, passed away the afternoon of Dec. 8, 2020 at Grande Village Nursing Home in Twinsburg, Ohio. Born Nov. 17, 1922 in Bryan OH, she was the daughter of Mr. John and Mrs. Niagara (Newcomer) Russell. In February 24, 1949, she married her beloved husband, Bernard Strough, who preceded her in death. Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, cross-stitch, and crossword puzzles. She was a member of St. James Methodist Church, in Florida. What gave her the most joy in life, was the time she spent with her family. Mary is survived by two daughters, Linda (Dave) Sinkovich of Edinburg, PA, Carla Allen of Ashburn, VA; one son Curtis Strough of Palatka, FL; three grandchildren, Megan Crivelli, Beth Andio and Laura Ruby; and three great-grandchildren, Natalie and Claire Andio and Norah Ruby. In addition to her parents and husband, Mary is preceded in death by one brother, George Russell and two sisters, Ruth Whiton and Alice Reinbolt. In keeping with her wishes, services were held privately. Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
