Michael Doug Manos, 47, of Edinburg, PA, passed away the night of April 29, 2015 at Jameson Hospital.
Born February 3, 1968 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Michael Manos, and by his mother Beverly E. Bigley of New Castle who survives. He is survived by his best friend and companion, Loretta Denny of Edinburg, and his former wife, Bobbi Jo Ratkovich Manos, of New Castle.
Michael graduated from New Castle High School in 1986. He was employed at PennDot as a stock clerk in the parts room.
Among his many interests, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. He was loved and cherished by his family and friends.
Michael is survived by his three sons who were his pride and joy, Michael Manos, Matthew Manos, and Mario Manos, all of New Castle; one brother, Rodney Manos of New Castle; one half brother, Ryan Manos of Brownsville,Texas; and one sister, Christian Manos Tuttle of New Castle.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Anna Edgington; maternal grandfather, Elmer Bigley; paternal grandfather, Michael Gus Manos.
At the request of his sons, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
