Nancy Ann Wyman Buonpane, 70, of Overlook Medical Clinic, New Wilmington, formerly of West Washington Street, passed away the afternoon of December 4, 2010, at Jameson Hospital.Nancy was born September 3, 1940 to Dorothy Wyman Foster in Warren, PA. She married John R. Buonpane, Sr., on August 23, 1958. He survives in New Castle. Nancy was a graduate of New Castle High School. She worked as the secretary for the Eagles Club for 10 years. Nancy was a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxilary and a member of St. Vitus Church.In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Marilee and Robert Taylor, of Manteca, California; a son and daughter-in-law, John R. and Terri L. Buonpane, Jr., of Sandy Lake, PA; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2010 for St. Vitus Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.. The Rev. John Petrarulo will officiate.
