Nancy Ann George, 74, of Shenango on the Green, New Wilmington, formerly of Franklin, PA, passed away in Jameson Memorial Hospital the afternoon of July 31, 2010.Born September 16, 1935 in New Castle, PA, she was a daughter of Burton A. and Vera Allen George.She was a graduate of Franklin High School and Geneva College.Nancy was a social worker with the Jones Memorial Center in Chicago Heights, Illinois.She was a member of Rotary International and enjoyed traveling. She was a member of the Rocky Grove Presbyterian Church in Franklin.She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard A. George.A memorial service will take place at a later date at the Rocky Grove Presbyterian Church in Franklin, PA.Arrangements are by the R.
