Noah Allen Mills, age 28, of New Castle, PA, passed away the early morning of July 11, 2026.

Born May 7, 1998, in New Castle, PA, he was the son of Edward J. Mohr and Brandi J. (Mills) Pohlod.

Noah was a graduate of Lawrence County Career & Technical Center. He worked as a welder/fabricator, employed by Brilex Industries, Inc., for several years. Noah loved to be outdoors kayaking, snowboarding, fishing, riding in his van, riding quads, and playing pool. He also enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family and friends, especially the love of his life whom he met in high school, Brittany Orlando.

In addition to his parents, and his girlfriend, Noah is survived by his step-father, John Pohlod of Edinburg, PA; two brothers, Parker Pohlod of Edinburg, PA, and Chase Bissett of Pulaski, PA, two sisters, Kylee (Matthew) Shaffer and Jennifer Frketich, and her boyfriend, Kenny Chapman, who was like a brother to Noah, all of Edinburg, PA; several nieces and nephews, Raelyn, Macy, & Logan; special cousins, Greg Szewczyk, Stephanie McKean, Daniel, Liz, and Josh Prentice; several aunts and uncles; and his beloved dogs, Nala and Lyla and his cats, Shadow and Tilly.

Noah was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mansford and Patricia Mills; his paternal grandmother, Phyliss Mohr.

Visitation will be held on Thurs. July 16th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place on Friday July 17th at 11:00 AM, at Mahoning Presbyterian Church, 4401 SkyHill Road, Pulaski, PA 16143.
