Pamela K. Seth, age 63, of New Castle, passed away the night of August 15, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born September 6, 1961, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Glen and Cora (Dehass) Moyer.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mike Seth, whom she married August 12, 1989.

Pamela received her bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and enjoyed being a homemaker, raising her four children.

She enjoyed being a volunteer with the Laurel school district and being a Girl Scout leader. She was a member of Clifton Flats Alliance Church.

In addition to her husband and her father, she is survived by three daughters, Samantha "Sam" Seth and Rhonni Seth, both of New Castle, and Katie (Marty) Pitzer of Pittsburgh; one son, Mike Seth of New Castle; one brother, Ron Moyer of Kalispell, MT; one sister, Mindy Dess of New Castle; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Elaine Mitchell of Philadelphia, PA.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Cindy Moyer.
