Patricia Brown Adams, 69, of New Castle, passed away the morning of November 13, 2014 at Overlook Medical Clinic. Born June 30, 1945 in New Castle, she was a daughter of William and Jayne Magee Eagan. Patricia received her nursing degree from Jameson School of Nursing and was employed as a registered nurse at Northside Hospital in Youngstown. She attended Shenango Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, William Adams; 3 sons, Bill (Kay Lynn) Brown and Randall Brown of New Castle, and Richard Brown; 1 step-son, Bill Adams of New Castle; 2 step-daughters, Donna Giles and Karen Adams, both of New Castle; 1 brother, Dennis (Nancy) Eagan of New Castle; 1 half-brother, Norman McKinney of Vandalia, MO; 3 half-sisters, Elaine Kos of West Pittsburg, Darlene Hermann of New Castle, and Dora Mae Stroud of Winter Haven, FL; 9 grandchildren; and her former husband, Merle Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Brenda; 1 sister, Nancy Hobel; and 2 half-brothers, C. William Eagan and Robert McKinney. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014, from 10:00-1:00 at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A Memorial Service will take place immediately following visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Amy Na officiating.
