Patricia A. Crawford, 60, of the Overlook Medical Clinic, passed away the morning of February 26, 2013 at Jameson Hospital. Born February 16, 1953, in New Castle, she was daughter of Ernest M. Crawford, Jr. and Laura Conway Crawford. Patti attended the New Castle School District, where she received a certificate of attendance. She then worked at Lark Workshop for over 30 years. She was a member of P.A.R.C. and Third Presbyterian Church. Patti was dearly loved by everyone and never met a stranger. Once you met her, she always remembered your name. She will be missed by her mother, Laura, who resides in New Castle; two brothers, Ernest M. Crawford, III and his wife Barbara of Russell, PA, and Matt Crawford of Conneaut, OH; a sister, Sandra L. Troxell of New Castle; a niece, Jennifer Troxell of New Castle; two nephews, Daniel Troxell, III of New Castle and Staff Sgt. Trevor E. Crawford with the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Montana; three great nephews; one great niece; and many aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013, from 4:00-8:00 at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 1, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home and by officiated by Rev. Mike Spicuzza. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
