Obituary

Patricia Ann Davis, aged 81, of Clifford Twp., PA, passed away early the morning of Feb. 5, 2025, at the

Geisinger Community Medical Center Hospital in Scranton, PA.

Born January 21, 1944, in New Castle, PA, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas and June

Marie (Wheale) Bowen. She also had a stepmother, Ruth Bowen, after her mother passed away.

On June 21, 1969, she married her beloved husband of 55 years, James Leonard Davis. He survives at

home.

Patricia was a graduate of God's Bible School & College in 1965 from Cincinnati, Ohio. Jim and Patricia were in the active ministry for 54 years until Jim's retirement in 2023. He served 8 years as a Chaplin in the prison ministry in northern NY and she was a faithful volunteer in their ministry. She was a good homemaker and a faithful pastor's wife. In her younger years, she enjoyed volunteering in playing volleyball with the young people, she enjoyed being a pastor's wife, working in prison ministry, and playing her Omnichord.

In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by two daughters, Tamara June (Jonathan) Fall of Nicholson, PA, and Kimberly Sue Davis of Towanda, PA; one sister, Jeannie (Dave) Harlan of New Castle, PA; brother Thomas, deceased (Sue) Bowen of Virginia Beach, VA; one stepsister, Linda (Larry) Hogue of New Castle, PA; stepsister, Shirley Garrett, New Castle, PA, six grandchildren, Nathan (Ashley) Fall, Bethany (Jason) Wallace, Brianna (Caleb) Martin, Brittany (Manley) Waterman, Brooklynn (Matt Smith, Fiancé') Fall, Matthew Fall, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sat. Feb. 8th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place on Sat. Feb. 8th immediately following visitation, at 4:00 PM, at the funeral home, with Rev. Jonathan Fall (Son-In-Law), officiating.

The burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, New Castle, PA.
