Patricia A. Harlan, age 77, passed away the morning of March 3, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born February 12, 1949, in Sharon, PA, she was the daughter of Viola (Zudniak) Duffy. Patricia is survived by her husband of 56 years, Charles E. Harlan, Sr., whom she married March 29, 1969.

Mrs. Harlan was a graduate of the Wilmington Area School District and employed as a nurse's aide with Golden Hill Nursing Home and later, Helping Hands. She attended First Church of God and later was active with Castlewood Christian & Missionary Alliance Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Michele R. (Arnold) Kent of New Castle; one son, Chuck E. (Christine) Harlan, Jr. of New Castle; one brother, Michael C. Zudniak of New Castle; one sister, Helen Zudniak; and five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother; two brothers, Stan Zudniak and Larry Duffy; and one sister, Mary Zudniak.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, from 4:00-7:00 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.

A service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:00 pm with Rev. William Hunley officiating.

Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
