Patricia M. Ludwiczak, 71, of 29 W. Terrace Ave., New Castle, passed away the afternoon of Aug. 8, 2010, at the Haven Convalescent Home.Born Jan. 17, 1939, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Paul and Anna Tizak Budai. She married Ray Ludwiczak and he passed away seven years ago. Patricia graduated from New Castle High School and was a custondian at the Youth Development Center for 23 years. She enjoyed watching ice skating. Patricia attended St. Vitus Church.Survivors include a daughter, Renee Workman; a son, Raymond Ludwiczak; and a sister, Dolly McCreary, all of New Castle; and three grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.There are no calling hours planned.A private blessing service will be held at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. The Rev. Father Sean Francis will officiate. Burial will be in St. Philip and James Cemetery.
