Paul V. Bupp, 94, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of September 14, 2014 at Trinity Living Center in Grove City.Born November 4, 1919 in New Castle, Pa, he was a son of George and Barbara "Dolly" Karns Bupp.He was preceded in death on August 30, 1982 by his first wife, Ellen L. Francis Bupp, and subsequently married Mary E. Watters Bupp June 16, 1984, who survives.He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army as a PFC.Paul completed 42 years of maintenance service with Aetna Standard in Ellwood City.He was a member of New Hope Wesleyan Church.In addition to his wife Mary, he is survived by two sons, Robert P. (Sandra) Bupp of Beaver Falls, and Kenneth D.(Sherry) Bupp of Cape Coral, Fl; one daughter, Darlene (Michael) Robinson of Volant; one step-son, Gary (Patricia) Watters of Cranberry, Pa; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife; a son, Linton F. Bupp; a sister, Laura Morris; and a brother, Linton Bupp.Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will take place on Friday, September 19, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be officiated by Rev. Gary DeWitt.Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
