Pauline C. Krause, 93, of 234 Cut Off Road, New Castle, passed away the afternoon of July 24, 2011 in Jameson Hospital.Born March 19, 1918 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Felix and Chloe Mae Roberts Krause. Pauline married Ralph Reno, who preceded her in death in 1977.She was employed as a typist for the Community Chest in the former New Castle Hospital.Pauline was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She loved reading her Bible and engaging in Bible studies. Among her many interests were travel, dance, music, the arts, and taking care of her family.She is survived by three daughters, Wilhelmina Presnar, Carol Murphy and Sharon Reno, all of New Castle; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Felix Krause and Fred Krause; one sister, Philma Marie Krause; and one grandson, Robert Presnar.Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Harmony Baptist Cemetery.
