Phyllis J. Waddington, 52, of New Wilmington, passed away Jan. 20, 2010, at her residence.Born June 28, 1957, in Hammond, Ind., she was the daughter of Henry and Lila Naugle Waddington.She was a graduate of Wilmington High School.Phyllis enjoyed collecting angels.She is survived by her father, Henry, of New Wilmington; two sisters, Claudia Podwoiski and Rebecca Shaner, both of New Wilmington; two brothers, William Waddington of Richmond, Va., and Gregory Waddington of Lynchburg, Va.Her mother preceded her in death.Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond, Ind.Memorial contributions may be made to the Lawrence County Association for the Blind, 319 N.
