Ralph Joseph Lelii, 72, of New Castle passed away the evening of Nov. 4, 2022, at Sharon Regional Hospital.

Born on Aug. 28, 1950, in New Castle, he was the son of Walter and Frances (Noto) Lelii.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lois M. (Nesbitt) Lelii, whom he married on June 28, 1990.

A 1968 graduate of Neshannock High School, Ralph was employed for several years as a laborer with Flowline Division New Castle until his retirement

He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and the Lawrence County Sportsman Club.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cracking jokes, making bows and muzzleloaders and woodworking.

In addition to his wife Lois, he is survived by one son, Zachariah Lelii of New Castle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Walter Lelii.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Nov. 9, 2022, and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 11 a.m. on Thursday. Pastor David Robinson will officiate.

Burial will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
