Richard "Rick" Roland Glass, 35, of New Castle, passed away the morning of April 22, 2017, at his Neshannock Township home. Rick was born on December 6, 1981, in New Castle, to Richard D. and Bobbette Harlan Glass. They survive. Mr. Glass was the Shop Manager for Allways Vinyl in Youngstown, OH. He was a graduate of Neshannock High School. Rick had a passion for fishing, being with his family, watching the Browns and the Pirates and music. He was a self taught guitar player with an affinity for The Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan. His big heart and Christian values were felt by many but, showed through his dedication to the NA program. In addition to his parents, Rick is survived by his fiancee, Sara Clunan; his brother, Robert T. Glass; sister and brother-in-law, Marlie D. and Brian Stein; niece, Evelyn Stein, all of New Castle; 7 aunts and 6 uncles, Barbara and Gregg Yoho, Beverly and Jim Kinsler, Cindy and Tim Kyle, Sharry and Jay Holdren, Deb and Bob Campman, David and Lisa Glass and Beth Eve and 18 cousins. Mr. Glass was preceded in passing by his maternal and paternal grandparents and Uncle, Daniel Glass. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 pm and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Rd., New Castle, PA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Rick's Uncle, Rev. David Glass and the Rev. Daniel Houck will officiate. Burial will be held in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
