Robert G. "Bob" Stillwagon, 79, passed away on April 10, 2026.

Born on January 19, 1947, he was the son of the late Robert E. Stillwagon and Carolyn L. Shoaff.

Bob was a graduate of New Castle High School and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a dedicated and hardworking man, employed at Rockwell and Youngstown Sheet and Tube before recently retiring from Koppel Steel. He was a member of Second U.P. Church and the New Castle Falcon Lodge. Bob enjoyed spending time with family and friends, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates, sharing breakfast at Mama Jane's, and taking the occasional trip to the local casino. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for his family, and his easy-going presence.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda J. Stillwagon (2020), and his grandson, Thomas N. Stillwagon (2024).

He is survived by his son, Robert G. Stillwagon, and his daughter, Nicole A. (Cory) Beals of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Carolyn Wheeler and David Stillwagon.

Private services will be held at R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., New Castle, PA. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery in New Castle.
