Roberta "Bobbie" Anne Miller, age 77 of New Castle, passed away the evening of Sept. 11, 2021, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, in Natrona Heights, PA. Born Aug. 12, 1944, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Dorothy H. (Hackett) Pearsall. Bobbie attended Union High School. She went on to attend Shenango Valley Business School and majored in accounting. Bobbie was employed as an assistant manager at Value King and for several years, worked as a clerk at Reed Oil, West Side Mini Mart, as well as several banks. She loved to play the lottery, but what gave her the most joy in life, was spending time with her family. Survivors include her two daughters, Elizabeth (Jay) Anderson and Alice Kirkwood, both of New Castle, PA; one brother, Richard (Janice) Pearsall of OK; nine grandchildren, Kierston (Alex) Blenheim, Kaitlyn (fiancé Phil Sorensen) Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Kylee (Michael) Sickafus, Briana Kirkwood, Doug Kirkwood, Alaina (Joseph) Giannetti, Domenica Laurenza and Domenic Laurenza; six great-grandchildren, Easton, Brayden, Adelynn, Lily, Elliot, and Kathryn; and her previous husbands, Dale Bartley and Steve Miller. In addition to her parents, Bobbie was preceded in death by her sister, Jacquelyn Dagres and longtime companion, Edward McCormick. Visitation will be held on Sat. Sept. 18th from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
