Ronald Hill, 76, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away the morning of August 17, 2016 at UPMC Jameson. Born on July 21, 1940 in New Castle, he was a son of George and Florence Hill. He was married to the former June Hoagland. She precedes him in death. A graduate of New Castle High School, Mr. Hill served in the US Marine Corps. He was retired from the City of New Castle Fire Department. He was a member of Prevailing Word World Outreach Center. Ronald enjoyed spending time with his family and the ocean. Survivors include three daughters, Lauri Hill George of New Castle, April (William) Rees of Cape Coral, Florida, Rhonda (Jeff) McCoy of Waldorf, Maryland; one sister, Betty Stewart of Las Vegas, Nevada; six grandchildren, Justin Eggleston, Brianna Hill, Michael Beleau, Billy Rees, Geno Coppola and Hunter Rees; and four great grandchildren. Besides his parents and his wife, he is preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Hill Houk; and one granddaughter, Bianca Coppola. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday at the R.
