On November 19, 2018, in the morning, Rosanne Whiting of Enon Valley went to be with Christ. Rosanne left behind a loving husband, Richard Whiting, a son Robert Whiting of Greenville, PA, a daughter Sarah and John Fordyce of Pittsburgh, Pa, and two grandchildren Natalia and Sawyer Fordyce. On September 27, 1950, Rosanne Whiting was born in Youngstown, Ohio and actively attended Westfield Presbyterian Church. Rosanne's "Healing Garden" was made up of plants from friends and neighbors. Rosanne loved flower gardening, she loved nature, she loved her church, but most of all she loved her family. Surviving is sister, Gerri and Bob Lennox of New Bedford, Pa, a brother Albert and Debbie Mijavec of New Castle, Pa. Precedent in death were her parents John and Helen (Kupiec) Mijavec, and brother Ronald Mijavec. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Westfield Presbyterian Church, 1363 Mt. Jackson Rd, New Castle.
