Rosemary (Stepanic) Roe, beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend, passed away on November 1, 2021, at Jameson Hospital, New Castle, PA at age 67. Rosemary was born in Salem, OH and attended Salem High School. She furthered her education at Geneva College where she met the love of her life to whom she was married to for 43 years. Rosemary was an English teacher at New Castle Jr High School for 30 years, where she touched the lives of many students. Rosemary loved her family, grandkids, and friends. She enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports, reading, fishing, sightseeing, and vacationing to the beach. Rosemary was an amazing lady and touched so many lives. She was faithful to her church and God and will deeply be missed She was preceded in death by her husband Timothy Roe and her parents Teresa (Kefurt) and Joseph Stepanic. She is survived by her two children James Roe (Tracy) and Jennifer Verba (Nathan), grandchildren James, Sara, Cadence, Lauryn and Cy, mother-in-law, sister, 4 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, 2 nieces, 2 nephews and her loving friends. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Nov. 4th, from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Fri. Nov. 5th at 10:00 am, with Rev. Kinney, officiating. Burial will be at Castleview Cemetery.
