Russell Edward Jones, 83, of Neshannock Township, passed away the morning of November 25, 2020 at his residence. Born April 26, 1937 in New Castle, he was the son of John Henry Jones and Elsie Marie (Niemi) Jones. Russell is survived by his wife of 27 years, Patricia A. (Dunlap) Jones, whom he married July 5, 1993. He received his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and was employed as a manager and engineer with Techint Technologies, Inc. of Pittsburgh for 35 years, until his retirement. Russell loved the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, golf and gardening. He served as the past president of Professional Engineers Society. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Cheryl (John) Cucciara and Diana (Dan) Lerninger of Youngstown, Ohio, Janice (Rick) Rumbaugh of Roaming Shores, Ohio and Billie Jo Wimer of Lenoir City, TN; one son, Lee E. Wimer of Aliquippa, PA; one sister, Doreen (Donald) Morgan of Youngstown, OH; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. At this time there will be no visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Arrangements are by the R.
