Ryan Alan Glasser, age 19, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of September 20, 2016. Born November 2, 1996 in Spring Hill, Florida, he was the son of Teddy Glasser and Sandra Myers Glasser, and step-son of Howard Allison. Ryan attended Laurel Area Schools and was a graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech. While attending high school he was a member of the wrestling team, the Conservation Club, and placed in SKILLS USA. He loved his work in the masonry field. Among his many interests, Ryan enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. In addition to his mother and step father who reside in New Castle, he is survived by two sisters, Stephanie Glasser and Ashley Glasser both of New Castle; two nieces; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Bobosky. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gerald Myers. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev.
