Sally L. Jenkins, 78, of New Castle, passed away the morning of January 8, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family.Sally was born on October 8, 1933, in New Castle, to the late Emerson and Myrtle Dewyer Flansburg. She married Lewis H. Jenkins on March 21, 1952. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Jenkins was a clerk at K-Mart and attended the Church of Genesis.Sally is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Peter Mastroianni, of New Castle and Jodi and Nick Magno of West Pittsburg; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Patty Jenkins of New Castle; three grandchildren, Dana and Kristen Mastroianni and Justin Magno; one great grandchild, Raquel Zarlingo and two nieces, Lynn Heaney and Debra Vitale, both of New Castle.She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one sister, Delores Whiteside.Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 5-8 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 11:00 am at the funeral home. The Rev. Ron Eade will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
