Sherry Costal put her family before everything. She, with her husband of 42 years, David Costal, built a family, a business, and a life more wonderful than she ever expected. Her gratitude for all they achieved together guided her life as a mother, daughter, sister, friend, nurse. Family always came first and she gave much devotion to her daughters Amy Hayes and Deeann McQueen. 6 grandkids followed and she showered them all with love and pride. 7 great grand kids came next and each new arrival was blessed with a Mimi wholly devoted to loving those babies. At Christmas she perfected everyone's holiday, often having a pile of wrapped, carefully chosen gifts that was nearly as tall as the tree.

Sherry kept a circle of friends who each enriched her life as confidants and travel buddies. Weekly dinners, cruises, and vacations were events she most looked forward to sharing with David.

Sherry started her calling in nursing as an aide at Polk Center. She enrolled at St Elizabeth School Of Nursing and graduated as a Registered Nurse. Here she met her lifetime friend, Leslie Bennet, introduced her to David's brother, Richard. She was most proud to have chosen the best sister-in-law. She may have started later than some but went on to many promotions and retired as Director of Nursing at Liberty Healthcare in Hubbard, Ohio.

Sherry's faith reassured her she would be welcomed to Heaven by her parents, David and Deloris Rishel. She touched more lives than can be mentioned here. Among those she treasured and survived her are her sister Karen and family, many nieces, nephews, cousins, coworkers, and friends.
