Sherry L. Michaels, 63, died March 2, 2023, at home with her family by her side. She was born February 8, 1960 to Frank and Dorothy Hartle. One of 12 children, growing up in Croton, she enjoyed spending time with her siblings. Sherry graduated from New Castle High School in 1978 and married the love of her life, Richard Michaels on May 12, 1979. She was blessed with 2 daughters, Jennifer (Edward) and Megan (Joshua). She will be remembered by her sense of humor, dancing skills and unwavering commitment to her family and home.

She attended Faith Country Chapel, enjoyed camping, reading and most of all, spending time with her four grandchildren; Violet, Logan, Alina and Edison.

Visitation will be Monday, March 6, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.
