Steven J. Snider, age 39, of New Castle, passed away suddenly the morning of Saturday, February 25, 2023, in Raymond, Ohio.

Born June 10, 1983, in New Castle, PA, he was the son of Sam Lowrey and Marjorie (Koonse) Snider.

A New Castle High School graduate, Steven was employed as an assembler at Honda's East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio.

Among his interests, he enjoyed travel, jogging and working out, and had an affinity for a variety of restaurants.

In addition to his mother, Marjorie, who resides in New Castle, he is survived by his daughter, Teh'lynn Snider of Hermitage; a brother, Joshua Snider of New Castle; two sisters, Andrea Snider and Fiona Snider both of New Castle; his fiance' Kasie Hanna; and his maternal grandmother, Betty Koonse of New Castle.

He was preceded in death by his father and maternal grandfather, James "Richard" Koonse.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

There will be no funeral service at this time.
